I really appreciate the mechanic taking the time to inspect my car and honestly explain what was needed to repair the exhaust. The shop did not pressure me into an expensive replacement or unnecessary work, which I greatly appreciated. There was some uncertainty about when the ordered parts would arrive, and I needed the repair completed sooner, so I ultimately bought the appropriate parts and fixed it myself. Thanks to the mechanic’s helpful diagnosis and advice, I was able to resolve the problem. I also found Advantage Auto Stores near the Hunk's people there are very friendly and helpful. Overall, this seems like an honest shop. Clearer communication about parts availability and scheduling would improve the customer experience, but I appreciate their help and would consider returning in the future.

Service ok, not very busy. They will try to talk you into doing more, don't let them, stick to what you need done. Alignment machine can't print so no proof what they did, may want to go elsewhere for alignments. May be reasonable price,not sure.

Very unorganized and terrible customer service. Their "manager" lied to me over the phone, seemingly thinking that just because I am a woman I wouldn't know any better... My partner scheduled a tire change with them and gave them the vehicle type and dimensions of the tire over the phone when booking, to ensure they had the correct parts in stock, which they assured him they had. Upon arriving, my partner also asked them to take a look at the tire (which was already off and in the trunk, as a donut was on the car) to determine whether they would be able to do a quick fix on the screw hole, or if it would need a replacement altogether. They refused to look at it. Once my partner was already 20 minutes away trying to continue remote work, they called to tell him that the tire was SUPER unique, like nothing they had ever seen before.... It's a standard 21 inch tire... and they couldn't find a replacement OR fix the existing tire. He ended up having to go to the dealership and waste even more time out of his work day. Then when I called to inquire why they would accept an appointment without having the proper parts in stock the manager tried to tell me that's not how it works.... That

I got a flat tire on my Prius. I work as a home energy auditor just had an hour until my next appointment. Brought the wheel in and they plugged it up in no time for me. Quick service and super friendly. Made it easy for me and I made my next appointment.
